What you’ll do Author, review, and annotate technical tasks used to evaluate AI model performance on management problems. Tasks involve producing original problem sets grounded in organizational charts, strategic frameworks, financial statements, and operational diagrams; writing reference solutions; and applying structured quality checks.
Who we’re looking for
- PhD in Management, Organizational Behavior, or Strategy, or MBA or MS in Management with 3+ yrs applied, consulting, or academic experience, or BA/BS in Business or related field with 5+ yrs industry or research experience
- Working fluency in at least two of: strategy, organizational behavior, operations, corporate finance, marketing management
- Comfortable reading and interpreting organizational charts, strategic frameworks, financial statements, and operational diagrams
- Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form
Compensation Starting rate $75/hr. Strong contributors have the opportunity to be promoted based on task quality and throughput.
Commitment Part-time, ~20 hrs/week, flexible schedule. Fully remote. Hourly.

Contract and Payment Terms
