What you’ll do Author, review, and annotate technical tasks used to evaluate AI model performance on clinical medicine problems. Tasks involve producing original problem sets grounded in clinical vignettes, figures, and patient-facing imagery; writing reference solutions; and applying structured quality checks.
Who we’re looking for
- Board-certified physician (MD/DO) in internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, emergency medicine, or a related clinical specialty, or physician (MD/DO) with 3+ years of active clinical practice, or physician (MD/DO) in active residency at PGY-3+ in a clinical specialty
- Working fluency across differential diagnosis, workup sequencing, and management reasoning
- Active medical licensure
- Academic appointment, teaching, or peer-reviewed publication is a plus and accelerates promotion
Compensation Starting rate $125/hr. Strong contributors have the opportunity to be promoted based on task quality and throughput.
Commitment Part-time, ~20 hrs/week, flexible schedule. Fully remote. Hourly.

Contract and Payment Terms
- You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
