We are seeking experienced legal professionals to join a legal annotation project focused on evaluating real estate and site control agreements for power generation projects along the US East Coast. This is a great opportunity for legal experts to contribute to a high-impact project in the energy and real estate space. As expert on this project, you main responsibilities would be:

• Review and annotate real estate and site control agreements related to US East Coast power generation projects

• Evaluate key legal terms, clauses, and provisions within the agreements

• Provide accurate and detailed legal assessments in line with project guidelines

• Deliver work in a timely manner within the agreed timeframe

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.

• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
