Your deep domain knowledge will be essential for designing and evaluating scientific rubrics and training data that power next-generation AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and review training and evaluation materials related to stem cell biology for AI model development.
2. Provide subject matter expertise in cellular and molecular biology, ensuring scientific accuracy across datasets and content.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define standards and best practices for biological data annotation and rubric design.
4. Analyze, interpret, and validate complex biological information with a focus on stem cell systems.
5. Deliver constructive written and verbal feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables and consistent knowledge transfer.
6. Contribute to the continual improvement of rubric guidelines based on user and model requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or a closely related discipline.
2. Demonstrated expertise in stem cell biology, including lab or research experience.
